Events Director Foxs Fine Wine

Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Events Director to lead our event planning and execution in Scottsdale, Arizona. This key role involves overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events at our private, members only wine lounge. The Events Director will work closely with various vendors to ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage various vendors and inventory, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of event management.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and adhered to.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate logistics including transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, and other event services.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional efforts related to events, ensuring effective outreach and participant engagement.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and gather feedback to improve future planning and execution processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management, ideally within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
  • A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus, but not required.
