Event Specialist

We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and people-oriented Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.

As an Event Specialist, you’ll help coordinate the details that bring events together while also playing an active role on-site. You’ll work with guests, team members, vendors, and partners to keep events organized, answer questions, prepare materials, and ensure each event delivers a professional and engaging experience.

• Support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, promotional events, and brand activations
• Assist with event coordination, schedules, timelines, and on-site activities
• Prepare event materials, displays, signage, and promotional resources
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown
• Communicate with vendors, partners, venues, and internal team members
• Welcome guests and provide information throughout events
• Assist with registration, attendee flow, and general guest experience
• Answer questions about events, programs, products, and services
• Maintain organized and professional event spaces
• Monitor event materials and supplies throughout each activation
• Help coordinate customer and attendee engagement activities
• Work with marketing teams to support event marketing initiatives
• Gather attendee feedback and relevant event insights
• Track participation, engagement, and other event activity
• Assist with post-event organization and reporting
• Contribute ideas for upcoming events and improvements to existing programs

Previous experience in event planning, event coordination, event marketing, hospitality, promotions, customer service, marketing, brand activations, or another event-related role is helpful but not required.
