We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our client-facing team and drive meaningful impact for our diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you'll work closely with Client Leads to support high-impact engagements, leverage your financial expertise to deliver solutions, and build trusted relationships with executive leadership teams. This is an opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to work across multiple industries and business challenges.

• Manager: 7-10 years of experience with college degree in accounting or finance
• Senior Manager: 10+ years of experience with college degree in accounting or finance

• Support Client Leads in delivering exceptional results across client engagements
• Serve as a key team member and trusted resource to CEOs, CFOs, and executive leadership teams
• Execute strategic financial initiatives including financial planning, analysis, modeling and operational improvements
• Analyze complex financial information and communicate key findings to decision-makers
• Collaborate effectively with Client Leads and team members to ensure quality delivery
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify root causes, understand business operations, and develop actionable solutions
• Contribute to engagement success through exceptional work quality and client service

• 7+ years of progressive financial experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Financial experience in growing entrepreneurial companies or other dynamic environments
• Well-rounded operational accounting knowledge with ability to understand both strategic big picture and granular details
• Experience in complex financial analysis and modeling
• Proven ability to work across multiple clients in multiple industries
• Strong project management skills with focus on driving solutions rather than routine tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with CEOs and C-Suite executives
• Self-directed problem solver who asks insightful questions to get to root causes
• Coachable mindset with eagerness to learn and willingness to elevate your skills
• Experience working effectively in team environments

• Experience with treasury management, including working capital, cash management, risk management and debt management
• Client service or consulting experience is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Intacct, Net Suite, Business Central, Acumatica, Quickbooks Online
• Background in audit, consulting and/or FP&A
