The FP&A Manager is a strategic finance partner to the business, serving as a critical bridge between financial planning, analytics, and operational execution. This role leads day-to-day FP&A activities while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management across the organization.
Beyond core FP&A responsibilities, the FP&A Manager is expected to build scalable, efficient planning and reporting processes and leverage modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance insight quality, speed, and decision-making. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decisions, improve cost discipline, increase profitability, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys partnering cross-functionally, and wants to shape how financial insights drive real business outcomes.
