We are a growing boutique financial advisor seeking a Tax Senior to advise and prepare taxes for high net worth clients. Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

This job is hosted by Lincoln Sprague. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior to join our elite team in the Accounting + Finance industry. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to a high-performing team and work with a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on high net worth individuals, S-Corporations, and Federal & State Tax matters.

• Manage and execute tax projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
• Research and interpret tax legislation to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Assist with the preparation of 1120S, real estate tax, gift tax filings, and other related tax documents.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline tax processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on high net worth individuals, S-Corporations, and Federal & State Tax.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax planning and accounting.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• CPA certification preferred.
