Tax Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Remote – Must reside in Arizona)

Compensation: $85,000 per year

We are seeking Tax Analysts to join a growing corporate tax team. This role is ideal for professionals with corporate income/franchise tax experience who want exposure to multi‑state compliance, consolidated returns, and a wide range of tax projects.

This position is fully remote within Arizona and offers strong long‑term career growth.

Position Summary:

The Tax Analyst supports tax compliance efforts with a focus on federal, state, and city income/franchise tax returns, consolidated book‑tax differences, and various tax projects and audits.

• Prepare federal, state, and city income tax returns
• Provide support for Federal, State, City, Sales/Use, Excise, or Property tax filings and audits
• Perform tax account reconciliations
• Respond to tax notices
• Support tax research, forecasting, fixed asset accounting, or state apportionment projects as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 1–3 years of corporate tax, public accounting, or related experience
• Experience with corporate income/franchise tax
• Experience with 1120 returns (1065 experience is beneficial)

• 3+ years of recent corporate tax or public accounting experience
• Experience with Corp Tax (or similar: GoSystem)
• Experience with tax research tools such as RIA, CCH, or Bloomberg
