Valuation Manager; Small Business

We’re looking for a seasoned Business Valuation Manager to lead engagements, mentor analysts, and partner closely with leadership to deliver thoughtful, high-quality client work.

Reporting to the Business Valuation Partner, you’ll oversee analysts and senior analysts, review valuation models and reports, guide methodology and analysis, and stay closely connected to clients throughout each engagement. You’ll also support billing, A/R oversight, and team development.

• Lead and review valuation engagements from start to finish
• Manage staff workflow and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Perform and review valuation and projection modeling
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and market data
• Apply valuation methodologies and discounts, including lack of control and marketability
• Review reports for technical accuracy, clarity, and presentation
• Communicate findings clearly with clients and firm leadership

• BS in Accounting, Finance (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of business valuation experience primarily with small sub $2M businesses (up to 15-20 engagements per yr)
• Some Valuation credentials required (CVA, ABV, ASA, CBA, CFE, or CFF)
• Strong experience performing advanced valuations and financial projection modeling
