AP & Treasury Operations Manager
We are looking for an AP & Treasury Operations Manager to lead the "Money In / Money Out" lifecycle of our organization. This is a high‑impact leadership position where we need a leader to oversee the pulse of our liquidity, directly managing both the Accounts Payable department and our Corporate Banking functions. The ideal candidate has professional maturity to guide a team through change while maintaining the technical precision required for complex cash forecasting and GAAP compliance.
WhyThis Role Matters
You are the bridge between treasury strategy and operational execution. You won't just forecast cash; you will lead the teams responsible for the movement of that cash. By supervising our AP team, you ensure our daily financial operations are resilient, automated, and aligned with our broader accounting objectives.
What You’ll Do- Integrated Operational Leadership:
Directly lead, mentor, and develop the AP team. You are responsible for the team’s growth, performance standards, and the day‑to‑day success of our disbursement operations. - Dual‑Stream Oversight:
Ensure the full Accounts Payable cycle (invoice processing to payment runs) and Treasury functions (bank reconciliations, wires, and cash positioning) are executed with 100% accuracy. - Operational Cash Forecasting:
Own the weekly cash flow forecasts, providing leadership with proactive, data‑driven insights and variance analysis. - Process Transformation:
Audit and professionalize current workflows. You will lead the charge in automating manual AP tasks and strengthening internal controls and SOPs. - Audit & Compliance Integration:
Act as the primary point of contact for treasury and AP‑related audit requests, ensuring seamless integration with the General Ledger team and US GAAP standards.
- The Hybrid Expert:
You have 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Treasury, with a track record of managing high‑volume Accounts Payable departments. - A People Leader:
You know how to build a culture of accountability, train junior staff, and maintain stability during organizational shifts. - Technical Foundation:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A CPA is highly preferred, as you’ll need a deep understanding of how treasury and payable activities flow into the general ledger. - Systems Savvy:
You are an Excel power user and comfortable with ERP systems (experience with Net Suite, Acumatica, or One Stream is a major plus). - Resilient & Proactive:
You are a self‑starter who enjoys "owning" the process and can maintain a deadline‑oriented focus during periods of uncertainty.
We specialize in making brands better through the power of travel. With over 55 years of combined experience, we value curiosity, transparency, and the drive to "own it." Join us as we build a more sophisticated, automated, and professional finance organization.
