Manager, SEC Reporting

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Manager of SEC Reporting (Hybrid) to support and enhance their financial reporting function. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in deadline-driven environments and wants to deepen their exposure to external reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing SEC reports including 10-Q and 10-K
• Support financial statement preparation and disclosure drafting
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP requirements
• Coordinate data collection and validation across accounting teams
• Respond to auditor requests and assist with audit documentation
• Contribute to process optimization and automation efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
• Working knowledge of SEC regulations and financial statement preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
