• Evaluate loan applications and explain mortgage products to clients
• Guide borrowers through the loan approval process from start to finish
• Work with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to ensure accurate and compliant loan processing
• Train directly under top‑producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn and apply proven sales strategies through hands‑on coaching
• Make and take calls using warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
• Utilize CRM and loan origination systems effectively
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance‑based incentives
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive team environment that rewards results

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience in:
  • Sales
  • Customer service
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Military
  • Commission‑based or performance‑driven roles
  • Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in‑person)
  • Outgoing, competitive, and people‑oriented personality
  • Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
