This is a full‑time role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for generating and managing residential mortgage loans, assisting clients with their financing needs, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The individual will collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure loans comply with regulations and guidelines while providing top‑tier customer service to clients.

This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate professionals in the community.

• Experience working as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry with a strong understanding of Mortgage Lending practices
• Proficiency in Underwriting processes and compliance guidelines
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the Scottsdale, AZ real estate market and local regulations is highly desirable
• Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Licensure as required by state and federal regulations for Mortgage Loan Officers
