We are looking to replace a key member of our team who recently retired. This is a critical role within our organization — the point person and pipeline manager supporting our processing and underwriting team.

This full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ is ideal for an experienced mortgage processor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Pipeline Manager / Loan Processing Assistant will serve as the primary contact for customer and Realtor updates on active transactions. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining timelines, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping loans moving efficiently toward closing.

• Loan file setup and pipeline management
• Providing weekly Loan Status Updates (LSUs)
• Acting as the main communication liaison for clients and Realtors
• Assisting processors in gathering and organizing underwriting conditions
• Monitoring all timelines to ensure on-time closings
• Ensuring loan documents are sent out at least 3 days prior to closing
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all active files

• Prior mortgage processing experience required
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
