Role DescriptionThe Loan Officer at Sunflower Bank Mortgage Lending is responsible for assisting clients in securing home loans by evaluating their financial information, discussing loan options, and guiding them throughout the application process. Duties include assessing creditworthiness, underwriting loans, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Scottsdale, TAS, requiring strong customer interaction and collaboration with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Loan Origination and familiarity with relevant processes, tools, and regulations
- Knowledge of Finance and Underwriting principles, with the ability to analyze creditworthiness and make informed decisions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a commitment to providing tailored support and building trusted relationships
- Experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within mortgage lending
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with financial software and tools such as mortgage loan origination systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
