Savant is hiring a Financial Advisor in Scottsdale to help serve and grow an emerging market. You’ll work closely with a high‑performing lead advisor, gaining meaningful client exposure while helping deliver a high‑quality planning experience. This is an additional hire designed to expand our presence locally — meaning real opportunity to grow your impact, your skills, and your career.

In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas:

Client Service & Advisory Support
  • Co‑manage client relationships, helping deliver a high‑quality, consistent client experience
  • Prepare for, participate in, and help lead client meetings
  • Serve as a key point of contact for routine client needs and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate financial planning workflows from start to finish in partnership with the Planning Team
  • Document client interactions and ensure timely execution of all follow‑up items
Business Development
  • Support senior advisors with new client opportunities and prospect meetings
  • Begin building your own network through referrals, COIs, and existing relationships
  • Contribute to new revenue growth through client expansion and new relationships
  • Learn to confidently communicate Savant’s planning and investment approach
Team & Process Execution
  • Collaborate across advisory, planning, and investment teams
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency and client insights
  • Maintain strong organization, follow‑through, and adherence to Savant processes
A couple things to note about the position
  • This is not a backfill — it’s an added role to support growth in the Scottsdale market
  • You’ll partner closely with an experienced, high‑producing advisor with strong deal flow
  • Local training capacity is supplemented by broader Savant advisor teams for development
  • Strong opportunity to grow alongside future expansion in the market
Qualifications
  • All Financial Advisor applicants must have a clean U4 with no disclosures
  • Employment in this position will require a signed non‑compete agreement, except in states where prohibited
  • 2–5 years of experience in wealth management or advisory support
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (MBA preferred)
  • CFP® certification preferred or obtained within two years
  • Strong client service mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with financial planning tools and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to support or manage client relationships

The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 with final pay determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, and location.
