Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on payroll, expense reporting, and payroll tax coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
This position would be 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate office.
Duties and responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll processing (including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments) using Isolved.
- Maintain payroll records by collecting, auditing, and entering data accurately.
- Coordinate payroll tax registration and compliance across various states.
- Track and reconcile commission payments; audit data and enter into CRM.
- Process expense reporting, including invoice review, coding, and payment.
- Support month-end close processes and reconciliations as assigned.
- Scan, organize, and maintain financial documents in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial and employee information.
- Provide general administrative and financial support to the Finance team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree program.
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with Net Suite
- Understanding of multi-state payroll tax registration and compliance
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally with payroll and AP exposure.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with urgency.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential data.
- $75-90k base salary plus bonus
