The Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail. 5 days on-site. North Scottsdale location (Hayden and the 101 Freeway)
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with ACH contributions and distributions from investment accounts and annuity contracts.
- Assistance with linking outside banks to investment accounts.
- Processing end of year Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
- Monitoring and processing investment account model changes and fee rate changes.
- Working with our in house estate team to update registrations and beneficiaries on investment accounts and annuity contracts.
- Answer team inbound calls.
- Research and resolve issues that may arise with client accounts.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar, and excel.
