Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact on Pathward's strategic, operational, financial, or reputational standing.
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on risk strategy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise resilience.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal/external partner reviews.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Advise leadership on risk-related decisions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Leverage data analytics and technology for predictive risk modeling.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Written & verbal communications skills
