The company is hiring a Financial Analyst who will handle rebate payment operations for the Finance PBM Client Payments Team. The role requires a professional, detail‑oriented, and flexible individual to work autonomously on set deliverables while maintaining a strategy for continuous improvement. The analyst will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the team’s rebate payment calculation, reporting, and communication processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience (required)

• 1+ years of finance/accounting or applicable experience (required)
• 1+ years of MS Excel experience and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite
• Experience in a financial operations role
• PBM industry experience
• SQL experience
• Database experience

• Manage a robust calendar of rebate payment deliverables, performing detailed manual calculations, large standard payment reconciliations, and thorough historical payment research projects.
• Use Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, enterprise accounting platforms (SAP), and enterprise client registration systems extensively.
• Maintain autonomy in completing deliverables while following team standards and contractual obligations.
• Interact with multiple organizational levels, including relaying details on large payments to upper leadership, working with internal audit teams to provide standard reporting and improve processes, collaborating with management and peers to develop training and work instruction documentation, and managing a consistent workload of requests and inquiries submitted through a workload management platform (Salesforce).

• 1+ years of finance/accounting or applicable experience
• 1+ years of MS Excel experience and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Intermediate to expert-level experience in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Intermediate working knowledge of accounting and workload management software (e.g., SAP & Salesforce)
• Organizational skills and flexibility with a positive attitude and willingness to absorb new information
• Experience working with large volumes of data
