Personal Bankers are relationship-driven professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve financial wellbeing and confidence in their financial future. They build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their unique financial goals, recommending tailored banking solutions, and ensuring a seamless and accurate account opening experience.
ResponsibilitiesPersonal Bankers are expected to actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through enthusiastic, ethical promotion of bank products through cold calling, daily outbound calls and sales meetings, and group presentations of appropriate consumer and small business banking products and services. Personal Bankers will deliver an exceptional client experience by providing fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving issues promptly, building lasting relationships, and taking ownership of client needs through successful resolution.
Compensation& Benefits
The Person al Banker position pays a range of $20.00 to $24.50 per hour depending on experience. This position is eligible for monthly incentive pay based on performance.
