Sol Rise has partnered with a high growth public company seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to help lead strategy and execution. This is a high-visibility role owning contract negotiations, analytics, and the technology behind decisions — including AI-driven tools and enterprise data platforms. You'll partner closely with senior sales and finance leadership, lead a team of 6 analysts, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
This role has high visibility and has a direct path the Director.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance , revenue management, or business analytics
- 2+ years experience leading and developing analytical teams
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Comfort working with large datasets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA a plus)
