- Responsible for processing all loan related activity including drawdowns, rollovers, conversions, interest and fees
- Ensure lending transactions are processed timely and correctly
- Maintain expert knowledge of portfolios and deal-related documentation
- Use judgement and problem-solving skills to resolve exceptions
- Process outgoing loan related payments for FED/CHIP/SWIFT payment
- Investigate, reconcile and resolve outstanding items in Cash Accounts, Past Dues, Suspense and Break-Funding charges
- Work on Adhoc inquiries from business lines, clients, agents
- 0-2 years of experience in Syndicated lending
- Knowledge of Bank Loan related systems: ACBS, Loan IQ, AFS, Clearpar, Syndtrak, Intralinks, Debt Domain preferred
- Ability to analyze and streamline operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with fundamental financial/accounting/business concepts
- Ability to collaborate with internal groups and external clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates expertise in processing loan-related activities, including drawdowns and payments, while maintaining a strong understanding of bank loan systems and financial concepts. Capable of analyzing operational processes and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
