Finance Execution Business Manager

• Manage junior analysts and coordinate all aspects of CGO EVMS submissions
• Develop, present, and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
• Support investment business cases and baseline scope expansion tasking
• Analyze capacitization investment EV metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred
• Provide leading-indicator guidance to CGO leadership and the program community
• Integrate and manage large suppliers involved in material and manufacturing development
• Partner with the CGO Finance Director to implement and shape the CGO strategic financial outlook over the Long Range Plan
• Create consensus among senior executive leaders on the best path to accelerated production and associated financial benefits
• Serve as a business partner providing analysis, insight, and guidance for strategic decision-making and bottom-line results

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience interfacing and conducting business with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Quality, and other functional disciplines
• Experience applying EVMS, Program Controls, Cost/Schedule Integration, or a similar system
• Proven ability to build cross-functional teams through influence without formal authority
• Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts
• Experience with SAP, including PRISM MRP
• Experience with financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning, and risk & opportunity management
• Excellent presentation, communication, and professional skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with internal and external customers
• Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
• Direct communication with Government customers
• U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Demonstrates expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial forecasting, with a strong ability to analyze investment metrics and support strategic decision-making. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior executives and government customers.
