Frederick Fox has been retained by a confidential client — a multi-billion-dollar, publicly traded industry leader — to find a Senior Pricing Manager for their Scottsdale, AZ team.

Here's what makes this role different: this is NOT cost-plus pricing.

If your pricing background is in manufacturing — costing out a product and applying a set markup — this likely isn't the right fit. Our client operates a dynamic, demand-driven pricing model, where rates fluctuate based on supply and demand, seasonality, asset availability, and local market competition.

Who we're looking for:

Pricing and revenue management professionals from industries where pricing moves in real time, including:

• Logistics & transportation
• Hotels & hospitality
• Equipment or asset rental

If your title has been Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Analyst, or Revenue Management Analyst in one of these spaces — we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

• Own pricing strategy and execution in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Partner with a national sales organization — and confidently hold the line on pricing discipline
• Analyze market, seasonal, and competitive data to drive rate decisions
• Build reporting and analytics that leadership actually uses (strong Excel skills a must)
