Financial Solutions Advisor - Scottsdale Area

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position requires client lead triage, referrals to business partners, client meetings to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include completing required licenses and trainings, and maintaining SAFE Act registration.

• Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and bank products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
• Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.

• Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. If you do not hold the 66, you must obtain a passing score on the 63 or 65 within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
• Shows a willingness to learn, adapt, and seek the right solutions for clients.
• Manages time and capacity efficiently and incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.

• Bi‑lingual Spanish speaking.
• Strong computer skills with ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• At least three years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays; 1st shift (United States of America); 40 hours per week.
