• Originate residential mortgage loans
• Develop Realtor, builder, financial advisor, and referral partnerships
• Guide borrowers through financing options and mortgage solutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan process
• Maintain compliance with all applicable lending regulations
• Build and grow a sustainable mortgage business
• Generate repeat and referral business through relationship-based sales

• Active NMLS license
• Mortgage origination experience
• Established referral relationships preferred
