Position Overview
Premier Client Banker within PNC’s Wealth Management organization.
Location:
Scottsdale, AZ.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention, generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients.
- Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments, leveraging needs‑based and consultative conversational skills and knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass‑affluent households.
- Build and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth while managing risk and maximizing profitability for the entire client portfolio.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration.
- Serve as the quarterback for all ecosystem partners, bringing in experts based on identified needs and ensuring exceptional experiences in every interaction, while proactively suggesting tailored solutions for financial wellness.
- Translate client insight and sales tools into actionable strategies and tactics, successfully converting sales opportunities to enhance client engagement.
- Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through joint banking and investing partnerships with PNC Financial Advisors.
- Maintain strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service, differentiating the experience through advanced relationship building and conversation skills.
- Exhibit customer‑focused, risk‑aware behavior aligned with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Banking Products, Business Acumen, Collaborating, Customer Experience Management, Customer Retention, Decision Making & Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Products & Services, Relationship Management, Selling.
University or college degree with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired; if no degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.
EducationBachelor’s degree.
LicensesFINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) required. Life and Health Insurance required.
