Role Overview The Client Services
- New Business Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all new applications received all the way through funding and investment. Duties and responsibilities

Accurately process all new investment account applications

Accurately process all new Annuity applications Manage between 30-50 cases on a weekly basis Accurately enter and update client data into CRMFollow up and resolve cases that are not in good order or need additional information Coordinate and complete conference calls between clients and delivery firms

Maintain and update financial accounts as needed within CRM Provide advisor and client support

Work with investment team members to ensure timely investment of client accounts

Responsible for funding each client account (assets under management and annuity) Qualifications Associates degree or higher

Preferred 2 years' experience in financial services (application processing a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills.

Detailed oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and excel Benefits $58,000 base salary plus monthly production bonus 401(k) with a matching contribution up to 13%.United Healthcare PPO medical coverage for employees, paid by the company.
