The Client Services
- New Business Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all new applications received all the way through funding and investment.

• Accurately process all new investment account applications
• Accurately process all new Annuity applications
• Manage between 30-50 cases on a weekly basis
• Accurately enter and update client data into CRM
• Follow up and resolve cases that are not in good order or need additional information
• Coordinate and complete conference calls between clients and delivery firms
• Maintain and update financial accounts as needed within CRM
• Provide advisor and client support
• Work with investment team members to ensure timely investment of client accounts
• Responsible for funding each client account (assets under management and annuity)

• Associates degree or higher
• Preferred 2 years' experience in financial services (application processing a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detailed oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and excel

• $58,000 base salary plus monthly production bonus
