Role Overview

The Client Services
- New Business
- Investment Specialist is responsible for accurately and promptly processing all new investment account openings and incoming investment account transfers, and for coordinating investment-related service requests from submission through completion.

This is fully on-site.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Accurately process all new investment account opening applications from submission through funding.
  • Accurately enter and update client account data and case status within the CRM.
  • Follow up and resolve new business cases that are not in good order or require additional information from clients or custodians.
  • Liaise with custodians and investment partners to track account status and ensure timely completion of all pending transactions.
  • Manage the full new business lifecycle, including ACAT transfers, direct rollovers, account transfers, and new account funding.
  • Provide advisors and clients with account status updates and support related to investment account processing.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with firm and custodian requirements.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in financial services; investment operations, brokerage, RIA, or account processing experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook, Calendar, and Excel.
