Pricing Manager

A leading North American provider of innovative business and infrastructure solutions is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its growing team. This role will play a key part in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and support long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical background, experience in pricing strategy and optimization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across commercial, finance, marketing, and product teams.

• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies that optimize revenue and margin performance.
• Manage and enhance pricing models using the PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management platform.
• Conduct pricing analyses, market assessments, competitive reviews, and customer segmentation initiatives.
• Evaluate existing pricing structures and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to implement pricing actions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain pricing governance standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor pricing system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to support reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members while working closely with senior pricing leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, analytics, or a related function.
• Experience with pricing strategy, price optimization, and analytical decision-making.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  , or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with PROS pricing software highly preferred.
• Exposure to Python or R is a plus.
