Our Phoenix based client is a proven leader in their industry and is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work directly with and support their VP of Finance and Accounting. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on financial planning, cash management, and strategic business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes and supporting a business through growth and acquisitions.
Must be local to Phoenix, Arizona for consideration

- Analyze daily cash activity and develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business operations
- Prepare financial analyses related to liquidity, working capital and lending requirements
- Assist with lender reporting, debt compliance and treasury-related deliverables
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts and monthly financial performance reporting
- Perform variance analysis, develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Assist with acquisition-related financial activities, including due diligence, integration and financial reporting
- Partner with accounting, operations and executive leadership to improve financial reporting and streamline processes
- Participate in special projects, system enhancements and other corporate finance initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or treasury
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management
- Experience working with debt reporting or acquisition-related activities is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP or financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity or acquisitive environment is preferred
