Accounting and Treasury Manager

$130k-$150k base salary plus bonus (depending on experience)

Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

Vaco has partnered with a growing global organization to hire a Accounting and Treasury Manager. This high-impact role offers broad ownership across cash management, treasury operations, tax coordination, statutory compliance, and audit support while partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership. You'll play a key role in improving cash visibility, strengthening controls, managing external advisor relationships, and supporting strategic finance initiatives across an international business.

• High-visibility role partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership
• Broad strategic exposure across treasury, tax, compliance, audits, controls, and global finance operations
• Top end Scottsdale office near restaurants and shopping with a collaborative team environment

• Lead daily treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, foreign exchange exposure, interest-rate risk, and treasury controls.
• Coordinate statutory compliance, regulatory filings, internal controls, audit support, and resolution of audit findings.
• Partner with external tax advisors on income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax audits, and related compliance matters.
• Prepare treasury and compliance reporting while partnering cross-functionally with finance, legal, auditors, banks, and senior management.

• CPA required
• 7-10 years of progressive treasury, finance, tax, or compliance experience required
• Hands-on treasury and cash management experience, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships, required
• Big 4 experience preferred
