Company Description XXI SKIN is a Scottsdale-based medical esthetics practice established in August 2018, specializing in advanced, evidence-based treatments. Services include medical-laser rejuvenation, corrective chemical peels, Hydrafacial, microblading, fibroblast skin tightening, microneedling, dermaplaning, Clear+Brilliant laser, and Keravive scalp therapy. Treatment protocols are fully customized to address concerns such as acne, aging, pigmentation, texture, and scalp health. The practice focuses on clinically validated technologies to deliver optimal, measurable outcomes and a high standard of client care.
Role Description The Esthetician will provide professional, customized skin care services, including but not limited to facials, peels, laser treatments, dermaplaning, microneedling, and related procedures, following established medical esthetics protocols. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess skin concerns, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and educating clients on home care routines and product use. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment, preparing rooms and equipment, and documenting services in accordance with practice policies.
The Esthetician will also support retail product sales and service promotions, contribute to client retention efforts, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Skin Care, including advanced facial treatments and knowledge of medical esthetics procedures.
- Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques (e.g., waxing, laser hair removal) aligned with safety and hygiene standards.
- Background in Cosmetology or esthetics, with the ability to integrate cosmetic and therapeutic approaches to client care.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-centered approach.
- Sales abilities to recommend and sell appropriate products and services while maintaining ethical, consultative practices.
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or medical esthetics setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage a daily service schedule, and follow detailed treatment protocols.
- Comfort with documenting treatments and using scheduling or practice management software.
