This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Laboratory Director Pathologist. The Laboratory Director Pathologist will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, reviewing and interpreting diagnostic tests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of laboratory professionals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality control, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in laboratory medicine to guarantee the highest standards of patient care.

• Extensive expertise in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including quality control and compliance standards
• Knowledge of Histology and experience in diagnostic evaluations
• Medical expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
• Board certification in Pathology (AP/CP certification preferred)
• Experience in a high-complexity CLIA-certified laboratory is a plus
