• Complete a fingerprint clearance card
• Complete a 40‑hour training program (conducted by a BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List
• Pass the RBT Competency Assessment
• Reliable transportation (proof of valid driver’s license and auto insurance required)
• Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, including offices, homes, schools, and other locations in the community
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 35 pounds
• The position requires physically prompting clients and requires the ability to move quickly from one location to another to support the client and staff. In addition, transitioning from a seated position on the floor to standing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, bending, and reaching
• All employees are expected to follow all safety rules and policies
• Pass a criminal background check

• Direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the supervisor
• Accurately completes all required documentation and data collection daily
• Complete online billing accordingly to the insurance codes authorized and submit in the specified timeframe
• Meets regularly with Supervisor and participates in consultations in-person with client and BCBA
• Attend introductory and ongoing training
• Communicates in a professional, confidential, and respectful manner with clients, parents, behavior analysts, and other members of the community
