We are hiring for another Registered Behavior Technician. If you have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, we would love to work with you!
About Our CrewCreative Therapy Solution is a BCBA-owned applied behavior analytic practice that believes every person deserves to be seen regardless of their abilities or disabilities. We see every human ability. Our approach is to teach self-determination skills to children with disabilities and their parents. Positive changes are made within a family using evidence-based assessments and treatments, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and PEAK Relational Training System based on Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and the philosophy of Functional Contextualism (FC).
Children are more confident and assimilated, and parents have a more connected and peaceful relationship with their children. When children see their own abilities, their world expands.
We believe all children have a space to learn and are empowered to grow in an inclusive world through compassionate therapy. At Creative Therapy Solutions, we value inclusion, acceptance, growth, and FUN.
