Market Development Manager (Access & Growth)

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ + out for meetings with clients

Position Summary:

A market-facing execution role accountable for driving sustainable, compliant patient volume to clinics through disciplined referral development
, system alignment, and daily relationship management. This role is measured by conversion, referral quality, and sustained volume impact, not by activity alone.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with various healthcare and community partners, including emergency departments, health systems, primary care/pediatrics, behavioral health providers, EMS/first responders, and school districts.
• Ensure referral partners understand eligibility, referral pathways, and expected outcomes.
• Own a defined territory aligned to assigned clinic(s).
• Conduct a minimum of four in-person or formal scheduled meetings (referral partner touches) per business day; all activity must be logged in the CRM within 24 hours.
• Partner with Operations and Clinical leaders to improve referral-to-arrival conversion and support ED diversion strategies.
• Align outreach with payer strategies and support new market launches, expansions, and contract activations.
• Salary: Base of $125K or greater (DOE), with bonuses based on milestones achieved.
• Compensation Structure: Base Salary (70–80%) and Variable Incentive (20–30%), with incentives paid quarterly.
• Incentive Payout: Ranges from 50% payout at 80% threshold to 125–150% payout at 120% stretch goals.
• Note: Failure to meet activity minimums caps incentive payout at 80%, and failure to meet compliance or ethical standards results in zero incentive payout.
