Synergy is a high-end mental health clinic with office locations in Rockwall, Texas
, and Glendale, Scottsdale, and Tempe, Arizona. We provide psychiatry and psychotherapy services both face-to-face and via telehealth in our clinics. We strive to provide the best health care & customer service in a very professional, yet personalized, warm, and friendly environment.
Interested candidates must have experience, and be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally. We are looking for team players who work well in an integrated mental health facility, and IDEALLY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TRAUMA THERAPY

1. Assessment and Diagnosis
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' symptoms, behaviors, and underlying psychological factors.
- Collaborate with clients to establish a diagnosis and formulate an individualized treatment plan.
- Clinical supervision will be provided for associate therapists.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances.
- Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address underlying issues, promote behavioral change, and enhance coping skills.
- Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions to create a supportive environment for clients to share experiences, receive feedback, and build community, using the Seeking Safety curriculum.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate and coordinate treatment plans with other mental and physical healthcare providers involved in the client's care.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards treatment goals.
- Adjust treatment plans as needed and support clients during their recovery journey.
- Address and manage crises or emergencies related to mental health disorders, ensuring client safety and appropriate intervention.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessment notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards regarding client confidentiality and documentation.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and developments in the field of mental health.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
