This is a full-time on-site role located in scottsdale AZ, for a Triage Medical Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting patients with medical needs, triaging patient calls and inquiries, managing patient care coordination, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Triage Medical Assistant will also interact with patients to address any concerns, relay information to healthcare providers, and ensure smooth operations within the clinic.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and understanding of Medical Terminology
- Experience working in Medical Office settings and handling Medical Records
- Strong skills in Patient Care and patient communication
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in medical assisting or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor
