Position:
Servers at Hand Cup Chophouse Scottsdale.
- Assist guests with food and beverage orders
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service stations before, during, and after shift
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding expectations
- Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable
- Assist other associates as needed to meet guests’ needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications
