Position: Villa Experience Curator (Host/Butler/Concierge)

Description

At Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, our Villas represent the elevated side of our property—an exclusive retreat where luxury, comfort, and personalized attention define the guest experience. The Villa Butler is both a luxury service ambassador and a personal concierge, ensuring every detail of our guests’ stay is seamless, memorable, and tailored to their needs.

The Villa Butler provides anticipatory, high-touch service from pre-arrival through departure. Responsibilities range from coordinating in-villa amenities, food & beverage, and special requests, to arranging local experiences, transportation, and entertainment. Acting as the primary liaison between guests and all hotel departments, the Butler ensures personalized service, attention to detail, and elevated hospitality throughout the entire stay.

How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
  • Welcome, escort, and orient guests to their Villas with warmth and professionalism.
  • Anticipate guest needs by learning preferences and creating customized experiences.
  • Provide unpacking, packing, wardrobe care, and in-villa amenity services upon request.
  • Facilitate in-villa dining, cocktail service, and event set-ups, including food & beverage presentation.
  • Arrange dining, spa, golf, entertainment, and transportation reservations.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for Scottsdale’s dining, culture, and attractions.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping, Culinary, Engineering, and other resort teams to ensure flawless execution of guest requests.
  • Organize special celebrations, events, and personalized experiences within the Villa.
  • Inspect Villas prior to guest arrival to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Restock and maintain villa amenities, pantry items, and supplies.
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance or service issues to maintain the highest standards.
  • Uphold Hilton service culture and brand standards at all times.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Food & Beverage service knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and anticipate guest needs.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with multiple departments.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, concierge, or butler service preferred.
  • Prior Food & Beverage service experience strongly desired.
Academic Background
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or culinary education preferred.
