Roles and Responsibilities
Starting rate: $15.50 per hour plus tips
Guest Services Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet Team to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage & personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It is important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. Additionally, the Guest Service Attendant role is to assist in ensuring an efficient check‑in and checkout experience.
This role consists of a high volume of walking, giving the opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
