Front‑of‑house role with real impact on resident and guest experience. A supportive team where hospitality and organization shine.

• Greet residents/guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized; assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and support events, communications, and scheduling.

• HS diploma/GED; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, and proactive; comfortable multitasking and using basic office tech.
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, overnights vary by shift).
