If you have a passion for private events, leading a team, and delivering exceptional hospitality, we are seeking an experienced Full-time, Seasonal
Banquet Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. This role plays an important part in creating first-class experiences for our Members and guests by overseeing the execution of banquets, weddings, tournaments, Club events, and other special functions. Our Banquet Captain will help lead the banquet service team, coordinate event set-up and meal service, execute BEOs, lead pre-shift meetings, and work closely with our Catering and Culinary teams to ensure every event is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.
This roll runs from October to late May.

The Country Club at DC Ranch is a member-owned, nationally acclaimed private golf and country club poised prominently near the McDowell Mountains. The Club is preparing to unveil its newly renovated championship golf course in November 2026, showcasing the design artistry of Tom Lehman. Alongside the course, members enjoy a stunning 45,000 square-foot Ranch Hacienda Clubhouse, six tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a pool complex, and a fully appointed fitness facility.
