Our client is seeking an adaptable, high‑impact Technical Recruiter to support mid‑ to senior‑level hiring needs across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate manages a steady requisition load of 15–20 technical roles at a time and brings strong experience recruiting for complex positions such as Software Engineer, Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Frontend Engineer, and Lead Analytics Engineer.
This recruiter will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, competitive market intelligence, and modern recruiting technologies—including AI‑driven tools and data‑driven insights—to build and maintain high‑quality technical talent pipelines in highly competitive markets.
The role requires strong partnership with engineering, product, and technical leadership teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, candidate quality, and hiring expectations. The recruiter must operate with a consultative, solution‑oriented mindset and deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 15–20 mid‑ to senior‑level technical requisitions simultaneously across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive research, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
- Utilize AI‑driven sourcing tools, data insights, and modern ATS capabilities (e.g., Ashby) to optimize workflows, pipeline visibility, and hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, data, and technical leadership to refine role requirements and align on ideal candidate profiles.
- Drive full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offer strategy.
- Build consultative, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and best hiring practices.
- Maintain consistent communication on search progress, pipeline health, and timelines.
- Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience with timely updates, clear communication, and a strong representation of the client’s brand.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to refine sourcing strategy and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation standards, and organizational policies.
- Support onboarding activities and transitions for new technical hires.
