Job SummaryAs a D365 CE Tech Lead
, you’ll lead the design and implementation of advanced Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Insights Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations
. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance, real-time solutions.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Strong experience with Dataverse, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform & Azure Services
- Deep expertise in Customer Insights Journeys
, including:- Customer journey orchestration
- Custom channels & API extensions
- Consent management & compliance regulations
- Fair use policies & platform limitations
- Advanced experience with Power Platform
: - Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Strong technical skills in:
- Dynamics 365 Web API / REST
- Proven experience architecting event-driven & message-based integrations
- Hands-on with real-time / near real-time integrations using:
- Dynamics 365 Web API
- Azure Functions & Logic Apps
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, Managed Identities
- Strong understanding of API reliability
:- Logging, monitoring, throttling & retry policies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines & ALM using Azure Dev Ops
