We’re looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Lead to drive complex enterprise implementations and integrations. If you thrive in designing scalable, event-driven solutions on the Microsoft stack, this role is for you.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote with Travel)

Duration: 6 Months (High chance of extension)

Work Authorization: USC & Green Card holders only (strict requirement)

As a D365 CE Tech Lead
, you’ll lead the design and implementation of advanced Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Insights Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations
. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance, real-time solutions.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Strong experience with Dataverse, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform & Azure Services
• Deep expertise in Customer Insights Journeys
  , including:
  • Customer journey orchestration
  • Custom channels & API extensions
  • Consent management & compliance regulations
  • Fair use policies & platform limitations
• Advanced experience with Power Platform
  :
• • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Power BI
• Strong technical skills in:
  • Dynamics 365 Web API / REST
  • Proven experience architecting event-driven & message-based integrations
• Hands-on with real-time / near real-time integrations using:
  • Dynamics 365 Web API
  • Azure Functions & Logic Apps
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, Managed Identities
• Strong understanding of API reliability
  :
  • Logging, monitoring, throttling & retry policies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines & ALM using Azure Dev Ops
