We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk/Help Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat and provide technical assistance to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for resolution
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with the setup and installation of new hardware and software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to clients

• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
