** Scope:
*** We are building a highly resilient, scalable, and world-class SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) using modern technologies.
* To achieve this, We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our QA capabilities.
* This role is ideal for someone who believes in building quality early and driving automation-first testing practices.### ###
** What You'll do:
*** Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex enterprise applications.
* Develop and maintain automation test suites using Robot Framework (mandatory).
* Perform API testing (functional and integration level) using appropriate tools and frameworks.
* Contribute to regression, integration, and end-to-end automation coverage.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and Dev Ops teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
* Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-level quality activities.
* Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide clear quality insights to stakeholders.
* Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.###
** What We are Looking for:
*** B.E /

B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
* 4–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong hands-on ownership.
* Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation (mandatory).
* Experience with Fit Nesse or Playwright
* Solid understanding of API testing concepts and validation techniques.
* Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Java, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
* Working experience with SQL for backend data validation.
* Experience working in Agile development environments### ###
** Good to have skills:
*** Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
* Exposure to Supply Chain / Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or related domains.
