Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive delivery for our 2026 roadmap across Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role is built for someone who thrives on stakeholder discovery, process design, backlog refinement, and high‑discipline UAT and QA. You will translate business goals into clear requirements that developers and data teams can deliver with minimal rework. This is not a meeting notes role.
You will own end‑to‑end analysis for key initiatives, partner tightly with a senior Salesforce developer and a data and ETL team, and ensure releases land cleanly with measurable outcomes.
- Discovery, requirements, and process design
- Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and convert needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Map and improve end‑to‑end workflows such as case lifecycle, follow‑up programs, and operational journeys
- Drive alignment on scope, definitions, assumptions, and success metrics including MVP versus phased delivery
- Own backlog refinement by breaking down epics, maintaining Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and managing dependencies and risks
- Partner with delivery leads and developers to keep work buildable, sequenced, and unblocked
- Keep requirements tight enough that delivery moves fast and does not cycle
- Build and run UAT strategy, test scripts, and test suites for recurring releases
- Validate configurations and enhancements via rigorous QA, triage defects, and drive closure
- Coordinate release readiness including cutover checklists, stakeholder communications, and post‑launch validation
- Gather requirements for segmentation, audience logic, activations, and measurement loops
- Partner with ETL and data teams on mapping, data quality expectations, refresh schedules, and source of truth decisions
- Define how activated insights are used in the business including who acts, where, when, and what good looks like
Requirements are consistently developer‑ready with minimal rework. Releases ship with clean UAT, low production defects, and clear outcomes. Stakeholders feel heard, decisions get made, and delivery maintains momentum. Segmentation and activation efforts have a measurable loop tied to KPIs.
Qualifications Required qualifications- 4 plus years as a Salesforce BA, Systems Analyst, or Consultant in a delivery environment

- Experience operating in Agile teams with backlog refinement practices
- Ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards tied to operational outcomes
- Comfort partnering with senior developers and ETL and data teams and translating between business needs and technical constraints
