About The Role
We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Scottsdale office. This role reports to Lodge Link’s Global IT Support team leader and works closely with local office leadership and external IT service providers as required. The role provides both front‑line technology support and general office services assistance, helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our growing workspace and ensures technology is optimized for all supported users, including executives.
This is an in‑office role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with standard business hours and occasional flexibility to support onboarding or office needs.
- Provide first‑level IT support to employees in the Scottsdale office, troubleshooting Apple and Microsoft hardware and operating systems, as well as software, network and collaboration tools.
- Function as the on‑site liaison between employees and Lodge Link’s global IT team or local IT partner.
- Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Support and maintain deployment of workstations, monitors, and peripheral equipment.
- Assist with setup and testing of meeting room technology (Teams Rooms, A/V equipment, etc.).
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including preparing laptops, setting up user accounts, and collecting equipment.
- Follow company IT security, access control, and asset management procedures when provisioning and supporting devices.
- Support local IT and office technology projects as required.
- Help coordinate facilities and maintenance requests.
- 4+ years in an IT support or similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience supporting Apple and Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Pro‑active approach to ensuring technology optimization to support operational excellence and productivity.
- The ability to build strong relationships and trust with all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Experience supporting mixed‑device environments, including Apple and Windows devices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues systematically and resolve them efficiently.
- Experience supporting end‑user hardware, peripherals, and collaboration technology.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; able to explain technical issues in simple, practical terms.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive, with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
