Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud
, Marketing Cloud
, and supporting integrations. This role will build scalable automation, improve data quality, and enable seamless customer journeys across marketing, sales, and product systems. The ideal candidate is both a strong technologist and a strategic thinker who understands marketing, lifecycle automation, and CRM best practices.

• Design, configure, and maintain Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud components, including journeys, automations, triggers, lead routing, and campaign management.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, automation scripts, and integrations using Python
  , APIs
  , and middleware tools.
• Implement and optimize Marketing Cloud Email Studio
  , Journey Builder
  , Automation Studio
  , Contact Builder
  , Mobile Push
  , and Cloud Pages
  .
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and process automation.

• Write performant SQL for segmentation, audience building, personalization, and analytics.
• Build and maintain integrations across internal systems (e.g., data warehouse, CDP, billing, subscription, analytics).
• Ensure data synchronization between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
• Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and governance policies.
• Partner with marketing teams to build high‑performing customer journeys
  , triggered communications, lifecycle campaigns, and outbound messaging.
• Develop personalization logic using AMPscript
  , SSJS
  , SQL
  , and Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Support campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and other messaging/data privacy requirements.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support for CRM operations, marketing automation, lead lifecycle workflows, and sales processes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to system integrations, API limits, deliverability, and automation logic.
• Recommend enhancements to CRM architecture, data modeling, and automation flows.
• Optimize user experience for sales and marketing teams, improving efficiency and workflow automation.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
• Establish documentation, testing protocols, version control, and deployment pipelines.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  .
• Experience with AMPscript
  , SSJS
  , Lightning Web Components
  , and/or Apex.
• Experience designing and automating customer lifecycle programs (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention).
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  , webhooks, and ETL tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across CRM, automation, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Experience with CDPs, attribution systems, and reverse ETL tools.
• Experience in subscription/SaaS, streaming, or high-volume B2C environments.
